Update your VPN profile

Refresh your subscription profile when servers, settings, or your subscription change.

When to update your profile.
Update your VPN profile after payment or renewal, if servers were updated, if the connection stopped working, or if the app shows outdated nodes.

How to update

1. Open your VPN app

Launch the VPN client you use on your device.

2. Find the subscription/profile section

Open the subscription or profile menu in the app.

3. Tap update/refresh

Tap Update, Refresh, or a similar button. Wait until the server list reloads.

4. Wait until the server list is reloaded

Make sure the app finished loading the latest servers and connection settings.

5. Reconnect to VPN

Choose a server from the updated list and connect again. Open any website to confirm the connection works.

If refresh is not available

If your app does not support profile refresh, remove the old profile and import your subscription link again from your account page.
