This document describes how digital access to VPN for friends — a digital service providing secure VPN connection — is delivered.
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Russian version may be used as the primary version.
1. Nature of the service
- The service is digital and provided remotely.
- No physical goods are shipped.
- The user receives the right to VPN access for the paid period according to the selected plan.
2. How to place an order
- Choose a plan on vpn-for-friends.com or in the Telegram bot @vpn_for_myfriends_bot.
- Proceed to payment through an available payment partner.
- Wait for payment confirmation.
Payment may be made through payment partners. Before confirming the order, the user sees the price and subscription period.
3. Providing access after payment
After successful payment, access is provided digitally by one or more of the following methods:
- through your account on the website;
- through the Telegram bot @vpn_for_myfriends_bot;
- via a connection link or instructions sent by support.
Access is usually provided automatically within a short time after the payment partner confirms the payment.
4. Setting up the connection
To use the service, install a compatible application on your device and import the connection profile according to the instructions in the Help Center.
5. Technical delays
In rare cases, activation may take longer due to payment confirmation delays, maintenance, or specifics of the chosen payment method.
If access does not appear within a reasonable time, contact support and provide your order identifier or payment confirmation:

6. Subscription period
Access is valid for the paid period. When the period ends, you can renew the subscription through the website, your account, or the Telegram bot.
