This Refund Policy applies to the digital service providing access to a secure VPN connection VPN for friends (the “Service”).
The service is delivered digitally. After successful payment, the user receives access to the subscription and connection instructions.
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Russian version may be used as the primary version.
1. How to request a refund
To request a refund review, contact Service support and provide:
- order or payment identifier;
- payment date and amount;
- payment method;
- a description of the reason for your request.

2. Review process
Each request is reviewed individually, taking into account subscription status, activation and use of the service, and technical payment data.
The review period depends on the completeness of the information provided and may take several business days.
3. Refund conditions
- If the digital service has not yet been activated and access was not provided, a full refund may be issued after verification.
- If the service was already activated and used, a refund may be partial or unavailable — depending on the remaining subscription period, extent of use, and circumstances of the request.
- If access was not provided due to a technical issue on the Service side, support will help activate the subscription or review a refund request.
4. Erroneous and duplicate payments
If a payment was made in error or duplicated, contact support with transaction confirmation. Such cases are reviewed on a priority basis.
5. Payment provider fees
Payment may be made through payment partners, including bank and cryptocurrency methods. Fees charged by payment systems, banks, and blockchain networks may be non-refundable if required by the relevant payment provider’s rules.
6. Refund method
If a refund is approved, it is made using the same payment method when technically possible. For cryptocurrency payments, support may offer an available refund method agreed with the user. In other cases, support may propose an alternative method by agreement with the user.
