These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the digital service providing access to a secure VPN connection VPN for friends (the “Service”), available at vpn-for-friends.com.
By paying for a subscription or using the Service, you confirm that you have read this Agreement and accept its terms.
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Russian version may be used as the primary version.
1. Description of the Service
The Service provides a digital subscription for access to a secure VPN connection for personal use on compatible devices. The service is delivered digitally; no physical goods are shipped.
2. Registration and access
To obtain access, the user may use the account on the website, the Telegram bot, or other methods indicated on the website. The user must keep access credentials confidential and must not share them with third parties without necessity.
3. Payment and activation
- Subscription payment may be made through payment partners available on the website or in the Telegram bot.
- For international users, cryptocurrency payment may be available via the payment provider shown at checkout.
- After successful payment confirmation, access to the Service is provided digitally — through the account, the Telegram bot, a connection link, or instructions from support.
- Activation usually happens automatically within a short time after the payment is confirmed.
- The price, subscription period, and available plans are shown on the website or in the payment interface before the order is confirmed.
4. User responsibilities
- use the Service in good faith and in accordance with applicable law;
- not take actions aimed at disrupting the Service, compromising infrastructure, or abusing resources;
- not share access with third parties beyond the limits of the selected plan;
- keep the connection profile up to date and use a compatible application.
5. Prohibited use
It is prohibited to use the Service for any unlawful activity, including distributing malware, fraud, unauthorized access to systems, infringement of third-party rights, and other actions contrary to law.
If abuse is detected, the Service may restrict or terminate access without a refund where permitted by applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We strive to ensure stable operation, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on all networks, devices, or at all times.
The Service is not liable for failures caused by user actions, internet provider conditions, device issues, third-party applications, or force majeure.
The Service’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the period in which the claim arose, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Changes to the terms
The Service may change pricing, functionality, and this Agreement. The current version is published on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes are published means acceptance of the updated terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
